◑The Last that Last's Forever...

That last Sunshine...
And the last Night...
The Vibes of Moments...
Or holding bonds tight...

The last Scoop of ice-cream...
or the last merry Dance...
The skipped photoshoot...
It was our last chance...

The keychain and the Notes...
The last Photograph...
The last tear you wiped...
Behind My fake laugh...

A dream walk through the Garden...
The last stroll in the mall...
Last Social sites conversations...
and high-pitched Crazy Call...

The last time you Stepped...
With your wedges pretty you know...
The last drama of being hurt...
Behind the Smile I wouldn't show...

Last time calling by your pet-name...

or the vows we made together ...
The last time I made a friend...
To stand Beside me in any weather...

The last Drop of Tear...
and Those last Smiles...
Inamorata, Your Sneaking eyes...
Confiding lost, Separation by Miles...

The last time I looked...
through the window pane of your Car...
Consider me dead, the voice echoed...
leaving all the hurts and scar...

Last time I reincarnated...
the memories that started with hye(s)...
You'll be my friend forever...
no matter how many Goodbye(s)...

Obama Seeks the Father of Nation...

On his last visit Nov 8,2010
Obama, in the guest book had written:

"We will always remember the great soul who changed the world with his message of peace, tolerance and love. More than 60 years after his passing, his light continues to inspire the world."

2015, is yet another year

when he presided over the
most auspicious occasion of our country -
The Republic Day.
While travelling down the streets of 'swacch India
he takes a trip down memory lane and
reminisce about the Father of Nation -
Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi
His heart urges to seek him -

In Search of you
I wandered here and there
Looked for you in the currency notes
That your countrymen behold with care

I wished that you could come out of it
So that I could make you see
That people who are your fondest
Were fighting beneath the tree

The fight wasn't a physical one
You were the subject matter there
Oh! What an ecstatic thing that could be
If you personally appear before them, rather in paper

In search of you
I wandered here and there
Found you in the graveyard
Lying amidst the egoistic air

I wished that you do not rest in peace
And reincarnate yourself to see
The egoistic clashes between the people
Sounding quite similar to the buzzes of bee

The clash was of an accident
You were the subject matter there
Oh! How delightful it would be
If you go and say- let's be fair!

In relentless search of you
I wandered here and there
Found you on those wall hangings
Of govt. Offices which are dusted rare

I wished you come out of the frame
And have a better angle to see
The shaking of hands beneath the table
In a carefree country, which is free

The hands weren't empty
You were the subject matter here too, see
Oh! How lovely it would be
If they see you in person and flee

In search of you
I scanned each one's soul
Found your spirit alive
Yet body becoming Godse, as a whole

I wished you descent from heavenly abode
And inflict in them your idealogies again
So that they drain out their vices
And let the love flow through their veins

These vices won't diminish
Until you continue to be the subject matter
You are being missed Gandhi
Please! Come out of that green paper...

What Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. said remains true today - the spirit of Gandhi is very much alive in India today. And it remains a great gift to the world. May we always live in his spirit of love and peace - among all people and nations"

-he wrote in the visitors book at the Mahatma Gandhi's memorial at Rajghat.
